Sales & New Neighbor Welcome

 

The board delivers welcome bags/gift baskets to each new neighbor.  This includes our updated directory, membership form, information on our community, and coupons/menus from our sponsors.  

 

In 2022, we had 14 sales in Manor Lake.  

 

For the first half of 2023 we have had 5 properties sell and 1 active on the market.
