Sales & New Neighbor Welcome

 

The board delivers welcome bags/gift baskets to each new neighbor.  This includes our updated directory, membership form, information on our community, and coupons/menus from our sponsors.  

 

In 2023, we had 6 sales in Manor Lake.  Our average home price being $835,000.

The low inventory and rising interest rates slowed the sales in our neighborhood however, the prices are holding strong.
