Sales & New Neighbor Welcome

 

The board delivers welcome bags/gift baskets to each new neighbor.  This includes our updated directory, membership form, information on our community, and coupons/menus from our sponsors.  

 

In 2024, we had 12 sales in Manor Lake.   

To date in 2025 we have had 9 sales in Manor Lake with an average home price being $787,000.
